Frequently asked questions

Answers to what clients ask most before and during an active application. Can't find what you need? Reach out through your portal once you're signed in.

What can I use financing for?+

Most working capital, equipment, real estate, and bridge financing purposes are eligible. State the purpose on your application — the investment committee reviews it alongside the amount, term, and any collateral offered.

How long does review take?+

Most applications receive a decision within 3–7 business days once collateral and supporting details are complete. You can track exactly which stage your application is at from your portal at any time.

What happens if I miss a payment?+

Contact your account manager before a payment is due if you expect to miss it — the fund can often restructure a schedule. Missed payments without contact may be referred to collections and, where collateral was pledged, the fund may pursue it, subject to the terms in your signed agreement.

Can I repay early?+

Yes. There is no prepayment penalty by default. Paying down principal early reduces your outstanding balance and the interest that accrues on it.

What collateral do you accept?+

Commercial real estate, securities portfolios, and verified receivables are the most common. If you have something else in mind, describe it in your application — the committee evaluates case by case.

How is my interest rate determined?+

Rate is set by the investment committee based on collateral quality, term length, and overall risk profile of the deal. It is disclosed in your portal before any funds are disbursed — never after.

What data do you collect, and how is it used?+

We collect what's needed to evaluate and service your application — contact details, deal parameters, and any collateral documentation you provide. It's used solely for underwriting and loan servicing, and is not sold to third parties.

Can I reapply if my application is rejected?+

Yes. A decline note from your account manager usually explains what would change the outcome — additional collateral, a smaller amount, or a different structure. You can file a new application once those conditions are met.

Who do I contact about an active application?+

Any note left on your application in the portal comes from your account manager and is the fastest way to get an answer specific to your deal. For anything else, use the contact details provided when your application was approved.
