Brand Misuse & Fraudulent Schemes Notice
Fund and financial-firm names are commonly impersonated in scams — particularly ones targeting people who already have funds tied up with a broker or trading platform. This page exists so you can check, in one place, what Freedom Solution will and won't ever ask of you.
Freedom Solution will never:
- ✕Ask for direct access to, or authority to debit, any bank, brokerage, or trading account. We never request account credentials, brokerage login details, or a linked account ID as a condition of financing.
- ✕Charge an upfront "release fee," "insurance fee," "processing fee," or any payment before funds are disbursed. Our fees, if any, are disclosed in the signed agreement — never collected in advance over chat or email.
- ✕Contact you out of the blue over social media, messaging apps, or unsolicited calls offering to "recover" money lost elsewhere, or offering financing tied to a third-party broker or trading account.
- ✕Ask you to keep an application, offer, or conversation secret from your bank, a trusted advisor, or family.
How to verify anything real:
- ✓All financing decisions, status updates, and manager notes happen inside your logged-in client portal — not over unsolicited DMs or calls.
- ✓Repayment is always something you initiate from your own account. We have no standing authority to pull funds from any account you hold elsewhere.
- ✓Any document request, agreement change, or funding update from the fund shows up as a notification or banner inside your portal, tied to your specific application.
- ✓If you're unsure whether a message claiming to be from Freedom Solution is real, log into your portal directly rather than clicking a link in the message.
If someone has contacted you claiming to be from Freedom Solution and asked for account access, an upfront payment, or secrecy from your bank or advisor — it isn't us. Stop the conversation and verify by logging into your portal directly, not through any link they've sent you.
